Yes, I know about that deal. Again, i'm not trying to relegate the situation. Yet it doesn't help your position to act a fool and imply irrational threats, as they in fact are threats.

TyLeRDurDeNx2 at least has the logical tact of taking legal action where as you seem hell bent on sheer vengeance.

I'm not picking fights, only being strictly honest. It really only agrivates the situation to raise your temper. It's understandable, but unneccessary. You can't intimidate anyone with your tenure over the internet. It doesn't work.

As for legalities, well, that's life. It's better to take it to court than to have a fist fight over a discrepancy in terms.
But honestly, don't get worked up and get mixed up in anything worse than it already is.

well since you gave him a shorter date. he better get his shit together fast.
also im not THAT far behind you moneywise. it aint like im fighting for chumpchange here...or else why the fuck would i make this thread.
plus i will tell you what you did wrong and that was leave him positive feedback when you didnt get your stuff...plus if you filed a claim with paypal. you WOULD have gotten ALL your money back..and it doesnt take a month..the most it takes is 2 weeks. but hey at least it is gaurenteed you get your money back.
ive always tried to work with him saying that if you cant send my customs then just go to the store and get me some figs that are out now..or just send me cash through paypal....he doesnt want to do that either and avoids the sitition.

he did this all to himself.
and as it looks right now things are just getting worse. so why make it that way...get off your ass and send the stuff or paypal the money.. avoid all this shit that will get worse. cause it WILL get worse.
